I have some really great advice for you, please save what I am about to write...
First of all you are 13 so I encourage you not too go to far in your relationships with girls, why not, well for one thing it is complicated enough being a teenager making good grades and getting into a good college, I know having girlfriends means popularity, but that does not mean you have to be sexually active. Also if you are two are studying together, you can have more accomplished if you two are not making out.
Here is the advice, think of yourself as a car that you want to sell to people. No one wants to buy a bad looking car so make it look good, buy some nice fitting clothes in style for your time period, also if you are overweight diet and exercise, if your face does not look clear see a dermatologist.
Now that your car looks good, (I mean you I am still using an analogy) it is time to sell it, network with your friends at school or at church, you know one of your guy friends sisters, that is an easy way to meet girls, if that is not possible, then practice talking to girls, just say hi to them at school that will get your confidence going in the right direction, after doing that for a few days start having conversations with them ask them to go with you to the mall, to church, to the movies, you get the idea, eventually you will have a girlfriend. Dude, it is obvious to me that you have no clear direction in life, so you are looking for some chic to fill your time. Read this carefully: Girls don't pay the bills! At 13 you are ill prepared to have a girlfriend. All your peers who have them are just wasting money and time. If they are having any sex it is with a bunch of losing chics who are just seeking approval since daddy is gone most of the time.
You need to have a life plan that leads you to success and then all the chicks that you want will come crawling to you.
Your life plan looks like this: Education, career, job, money, women. Education opens doors and gets you a career that pays you more than enough money so that you become a magnet for chicks everywhere. Get it? That is your life plan. I believe that your father and career counselor would agree with me. Also, talk to an older guy, someone at starbucks with the computer and the nice car. He will agree with me. You owe to yourself to succeed. chicks will always be there.
By the way, beware of gold diggers.
