First u can take her to the first place u met, then have candles and her favorite food at the first place u met. Talk for a while and then get up and get down on one nee and ask her to Merry u. that is what would be the best thing i would to.

At first you ask girl to go out but be good friends before you ask her to go out. so you know about herself and her interest in you. and when time comes you gazing in to her eyes, hold her hand and tell what ever comes into your heart. believe me it will work.lol
