I hate to tell you this, but you would have been better off not to hit or slap the other person. I am NOT saying you did the wrong thing as I definitely would have, however you need to go to your local Courthouse and file an assualt charge against the kid and a restraining order. File an Assualt charge against the woman and let the courts know she has been in violation of her restraining order. MAKE CERTAIN if they ask you if you hit back tell them the truth but make certain they understand " YOU WERE AFRAID YOUR UNBORN BABY's life was in danger"". Otherwise they might tell you well you hit them too(some will do this) AND DO NOT LEAVE the Courthouse UNTIL you get the help YOU DESERVE. Ask to have someone from the Family division talk with you.

I dealt with this first of all it is harrassment, stalking, undue stress, aggravated assualt, could fully qualify for assault and battery, harrassment via a telecommunication device, I have been there Okay big thing, premature labor, labor risk, child endangerment even the child is unborn, WIth me if he tried to kill me it would be a 2 charges of murder, march your little butt into the prosecuting attorney's office and politely explain that if he doesnt resolve this, not only willhe be loosing his job , he will get a complaint with the BAR, a complaint with the State's greivance council, and you will make it a point to call every new station known to mankind. you can keep all of those call and save the messages, go to your local police dept and tell them that you have a restraining order against her and let them see the messages and missed calls that will count as harassment. There is no sense in you putting up with that ****! For you and your daughters sake!

Where is the father of your child? Can't he control his kid? Some parental a## kicking is needed here! Some people have no respect for Gods sake. Get some pepper spray and let them have it right in the kisser next time they come close to you.Good luck with your pregnancy, hope you have a healthy and beautiful child.

For the calls in the night can you record them and then replay them to the police, if it is verified that it is her then charges can be brought against her. As for the other part, then your boyfriend needs to talk to his son and ex, a serious discussion about what is going on and what is needed to resolve it.

Check with your city attorneys office, they may have a victim assistance program that can advocate on your behalf with the prosecutors office. Also, call your local phone company about the phone harassment. They can press charges for you and assist you in gathering documentation.
