her at all the time and she has been been bit several times, she still goes up into their faces all the time & just sits there. We pull her away she goes right back to the them. They just growl louder. The other dogs are a 2 yr golden & a newfoundland. Very genltle dogs. How do I train her and/or why does she do this? I have had other goldens in the past, never had this happen before.

each time the dog does this grab it pull it away abit and then with two fingers only give the dog a swat on the nose or just above the nose and say no .
other then that keep her on a choke chain and walk here around with that on and let her go near the other dogs but correct her when she does that face thing
i dont know why she does it and it is odd that since she has been bitten she does not stop.
if it keeps up after you try all this i would ask the vet to check her out i suppose it could be a hearing or vision problem or even he sense of smell.

THe "easy" solution is train her to "sit and stay" before you get to the other dogs. Having said that, it will take time and effort but it will pay off. If you need help, get some from a dog trainer.
Goldens are very friendly and curious by nature and WONDERFUL dogs. However, as you have seen, it can cause problems. You need to be the "leader of the pack". If you tell her to sit and stay, she should.

This sounds like she's trying to be the "pack leader" and she's just going after every other dog. Make sure you act confident around her so that she knows that you're the leader, not her, and always tell her no and pull her away from the dog if she's having a problem. I don't know what you're doing to prevent this but the obvious answer is scold her when she gets in their faces. She obviously has some kind of addiction to this and might eventually get really hurt. Either that or don't let the dogs in the house.
