If your friends and family can't see through color lines, that's their problem. It can be tough to alienate those close to you but if he's right for you then you should stick with it. I'll bet that your friends and family will come around. If they don't ask them to get counseling.

Why do you care what everyone thinks? As long as you love each other and the relationship is good, I wouldn't worry about it. These people who are giving you hell about it tell them to get f*****. Tell them you didn't ask for their opinion and to mind their own business. You don't need people to give you an "okay" so you can live your life. Otherwise you'd be sitting around with your thumb in your butt, because no two people will ever have the same opinion. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't.

I assume u r white? It is your business who u date, no one elses. The people who give u grief r not people who u want to be around.
In the past I dated 2 black men, nothing wrong with that. Currently I am involved with another, he is great.
If u r both happy, then don't worry about it!!!

I see no problem with interracial dating or marriage. In some areas this is not accepted at all. This is something you should have thought about before you started dating him. Otherwise, I say follow your heart. Best of luck to you............

Tell this person your true feelings about how you feel about this feeling. If you do not tell them they would be very mad at you. If you do they won't get as mad.
