To saehli: the trial user is one of users who tries our "remote desktop" service for free. Seems like he just has a slow internet connection.

Heel goed Lotje!
Indeed, the translation is: It is very slow at daytime, you know.

Het is overdag erg traag hoor --> It is very slow during the day, you know

Het = it
is = is
overdag = during the day
erg = very
traag = slow
hoor = you know (this is not the actual translation, but this is what is meant in this sentence)

It probably means that the day goes by very slow...

It is very sleepy (sluggish) during the day, do you hear?

You are welcome!
