my nephew said i have hair on my neck and it hurt my feelings and its not even like you can see it unless you look realyl close its peach fuzz but i dont know what to do it realyl hurt my feelings and im ebaressed because i think he tells my whole family

EVERYONE has hair on their necks. Some girls have white skin and black hair on the back of the neck; some have dark skin and white peach fuzz. DON'T shave it or anything like that.
Take a look at a friend's neck sometime. I don't know how old you are, but that can make a difference. Trust me, I don't know a single lady without some neck fuzz, face fuzz, nipple fuzz, belly fuzz.
Your nephew must not know much about ladies ;).

I have dark hair on my neck and face. It's course like a male beard. I'm Italian though. Italians have dark hair, plus I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which also causes excessive hair growth on the neck and face. Your'e lucky it's just peach fuzz. Hope this helps. :)

Yes and on some of us the hair on our neck near our normal hair is actually long enough to be confused as normal hair so don't worry about it. Little kids say that truth in all things and it is a blurting incident, just be glad he didn't blurt something even more embarassing.

Don't feel bad, i have a little peach fuzz on my neck and back. Anyway it's hereditery if you have, most likely other females in your family have it.

Everyone has hair on their necks, just that some have more than others, plus some hair is very light, where some have very dark hair. It's nothing to be embarassed by.

Everybody has hair on the back of their necks. If you have to look really close to tell, don't sweat it. It varies so much from person to person that my brother who is really blond compared to me has much more hair down his neck than I do. Trust me on this one--I like backs of necks, and never really found an objectionably hairy woman's neck yet.

its normal and natural, and theres no reason to feel embarrassed especially in front of your own family :)
is your nephew young? he might be too young to understand the fact that some people have hair on their body

you have hair everywhere some just more visable than others. most girls have a little hair on their neck...nothing to be embarrassed about it's just hair
