Given Einstein's theory(which has been proven in certain circumstances) of relativity, he doesn't need to. Because time and space compress when you travel at higher speeds(velocities), you age LESS and travel shorter distances in reality. So why would you need to get a new sleigh or new reindeer when you don't age? In fact, according to Einstein's theories, a person could actually reach a point whilst traveling so fast that they actually begin to reverse their age while traveling!! Basic high school physics really.

he does, look at the inter beauty, remember not to judge the book by the title. His sled gets upgraded every year with new sound, video, and navigation systems, state if the art technology, even internet and email for emergency change of addresses on kids.
