it simply annoys the reader because ALL CAPITAL LETTERS ARE HARDER TO READ ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE LINE AFTER LINE OF CONTINUOUS CAPITAL LETTERS... do you get my point? if you want to emphasize a word do it like *this*. i usually just skip over stuff written in all capital letters... and according to general netiquette, all capital letters amounts to shouting. and who wants to listen to someone yelling?
