What makes you think that's what Christians think? Every Christian? You must be the epitome of the open mind.

To me, it's not your disbelief that's ignorant so much as the generalizations and offensive comments that are made surrounding religion.

initially i think of it relatively is a shaggy dog tale and its very pathetic that persons such as you may bypass at here merely to bash Christians. Secondly how might desire to believing all and sundry else believed in god, convey everybody nearer to god themselves. Accepting god is a private determination and you mustn't enable your very own happiness count on the religion or lack there of, of others.

ig·no·rant

ADJECTIVE:

1. Lacking education or knowledge.
2. Showing or arising from a lack of education or knowledge: an ignorant mistake.
3. Unaware or uninformed.

faith

NOUN:

2. Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence.

faith requires ignorance! because if you already KNOW something to be true, it isn't faith... it's knowledge. so christians should not accuse others of being ignorant, but instead should proudly state just how ignorant they are themselves, for it is the basis of their belief in god... an ingredient for faith.

John 14:6 (Jesus speaking) "I am the way, the truth, and the light. No one has access to the Father accept through me"

Matthew 7:13-14 (Jesus speaking) "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."

I don't they ignorant, i'm close minded but i don't think in that area. I think religion is a tool of brainwashing. The path to truth is i think life and through life we get answers that guide us to it or misguide us and if we don't get the right answers in life well we sure as hell get them in death.

We're not closed minded. We just read the right book, the Bible. People have the right to believe whatever they want to believe. Whoever makes it to Heaven will know they were right.

it seems like a main root or foundation of their cult is to convert people -- and if they don't convert, then hate them.

i based that only on continued observation. and their consistent acts that follow what i just described.
