The picture is not light enough to see the look your talking about.
Most hairstyles in pictures can be done so many ways and sometimes with wigs.

Its best to ask your hairstylist and see what they recommend.

It looks like bed-head to me. No need to go to a stylist to get that look!

That looks gross. Sorry. It'd look better without the stripes though.
