also i was wondering what should i do or what software should i use to back up all my lost,deleted, or missing files on my computer because it crashed about a few month ago and it destroyed all my videos ( worth 2 years about 30-60) and all of my Pictures ( 100-230) and i usually never get the time to write them to a CD, i've heard of the 'Restore-My-Files' Software but its expensive.

Video & photo files require no more than the simple "copy & paste" function from within Windows explorer.
Copy them to any blank CD or DVD with the "Data CD/DVD" feature.
To restore them just copy them back to the hard drive from the CD.
(same applies to Office documents, Favorites folder, & music files)
