yes, you can just put it back in the oven. if, for instance, the breast meat is done and the thighs/legs are not, you can just put the underdone parts in the oven again, and carve the rest while you wait. Turkey, and other poultry, should be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees f. Don't rely on the little pop-up timer that is in the breast meat - it only tells when the breast is relatively done. buy a meat thermometer (available at most grocery stores and all kitchen supply stores) for the most accurate temperature readings.

You might be able to cut it up and cook it in the microwave. I don't think it should be too long after the initial cooking of the turkey though. Poultry is pretty tricky. I suggest the microwave rather than the oven because the microwave cooks from the inside out at a much quicker speed and higher temperature than an oven does.

No you can't recook it - i would say save the outside portion that is cooked and toss the rest or chuck the whole thing and start over.

Just put it back in a pan with water and cover and bake for about 45 min- 1 hour. Invest in a good thermometer at a kitchen store.

You need to microwave it. This will do a quick cook on the raw parts without drying out the cooked parts. Works well.

Depends on how you 1st started to cook it. In the oven just sticker back in. Or if you have cut it up you could Microwave it. Or fry it on the stove... pretty much what ever your choice is...
