Sue them for medical expenses. The insurance should cover a portion. Or their homeowners can kick in for a lawsuit. If you win and no insurance pays, they have to pay out of pocket. Hire a good attorney.

If the person at fault didn't have full coverage or liability auto insurance, the first thing to do, is to get checked out by a doctor or the hospital. Have ether or, write up a medical report showing your injuries you have occurred in the accident. Then contact an lawyer and that lawyer will sue the person at fault. If the person at fault doesn't have any insurance, then the lawyer might sue the state, then the state will sue the person at fault. Most lawyer have free consolations, they might give you a better answer.

What would happen is you would have to get in touch with a lawyer right away. The first thing to do is address your injuries. The lawyer will set up a fund to pay for these as it is very costly. They will keep a running tab on what it costs to bring you back to health. After a time, usually a couple of years to be sure there are no lingering affects, the lawyer will bring suit to recover the costs of the injuries, pain, suffering, and any other pertinent costs that are recoverable.

Almost 100% of insurance policies have medical coverage. Contact your insurance and have them contact the at fault person's insurance and get you covered.

You should have medical on your policy. Call your insurance company, or the company of the driver in who's car you were riding. If that doesn't help, you can use your health insurance. Call an attorney if you are going to have more than 4 or 5 thousand in med. bills.
