Other than duck taping her mouth....nothing. She's going to cry because she's in heat.
Spaying will stop that and keep her from getting reproductive cancers. It's only a good thing, you should seriously consider spaying her.
And yes, I am kidding about the duck taping part......

The only alternative is allow her to breed, which is really not being a responsible pet owner, any ways after kittens birth the same old problem probably even longer and louder. Have her spayed it isn't cruel actually it will prolong her life and probably keep it less likely to get cancer. If you can't afford operation check around to see if some agency in your area will help, it is better to cut back on cat populations.

Get Her Fixed! What is the point of no operation. Its healthier and makes a better cat.

She's an animal, not a machine. She's acting perfectly appropriately for a cat in heat, whether you like it or not. Get her fixed, for pete's sake.

Operation is probably best but otherwise find her a male cat to "wrestle" with.

Since she can't relieve this problem herself, the best thing to do is either introduce her to a male cat or buy some ear plugs.
