Well at first when a guy meets you, he will be attracted by looks: you should be at least average (to their taste, different men like different things). Men like a good personality, a confident girl, a (good) guy will want his girl to be a smart girl, while a bad guy is going to want a dumb girl (only because it's easier to get in her pants).
Guys looks for a nice girl, someone who understands them, and who is there for them when they need her to be.

Ofcourse different guys like different things... so I don't know how far you will get asking this question. I like someone who doesn't take the main stream -who is proud of being themselves. Someone who doesn't care about popularity. Someone who constantly wants to develop themselves by studying and learning.
Someone sporty. Someone who cares and wants to listen. Someone full of expression on thier face...
Nice face, legs, and butt would also be great!

sorry i am not a guy but the best i can say is be yourself. my boyfriend didnt like me at first because he thought i was fake, once i showed him who i really was he asked me out, and we have been together for two years on the 1st. so be yourself!!
