are there any other symptoms? wheezing? panting? ruffled feathers? shaking? weight loss? not eating? if any of those, see a vet. quit feeding any lettuce. i've seen this too many times due to poor feed and poor water thats not changed and cleaned daily.
put some cuttle bone, shell grit, fresh seed, a carrot stick and maybe some spinach for your bird to nibble on. kd bird biscuits very good source of nutrients and vitamins. keep your bird away from open draughty windows, in a dry, warm, clean smelling place. diarrhea, if bad, can cause your bird to dehydrate and result in death.

Depends
Is it alert?
You know aware of its surroundings?
Is it playing? Chirping? Is it eating and drinking the same as always? Have you noticed quietness or anything other than his watery poo? If yes get him checked out by a Avain Vet
Have you changed his diet at all? Does it eat fruit/veg? If yes then it could be the change or the fact hes eaten too much fresh food, in which case it'll pretty much sort itself out...
If this watery poo is an ongoing thing for over four days get him to the vets.
Goodluck

Several things can cause watery droppings. If you fed your bird iceberg lettuce, that can do it. If he is stressed out that can cause it. It could be a bacterial infection. If this has gone on for more than a couple of days he may be ill.
