I dont think so, i think that you would just over work your body. Drink lots of water, and exercise through out the day, but dont over do it or your body will literally just hate you

Probably not. When you work your muscles they get tiny tears in the tissue and need time to heal - this is why you're supposed to do it once a day, you need healing time. If you did the workout twice a day, it'd cause more tears in the muscle tissue and you might actually get results slower.

If you want to speed up or increase your results, try doing another type of workout along with this one. I'm assuming what you're doing is an ab workout? If so, try walking, jogging, dancing, or another type of cardio for at least 20 minutes everyday.

Good luck!

More then likely you would not. The body's muscles need time to grow and change. Think about it. It you did this five time's a day would you have your results in 48 hours? Probably not. There's a reason they say get a flat stomach in ten days. Good luck! Congrat's though on your conviction to exercise and do actually do something healthy. '-)

I think that if you're getting a flat stomach in 10 days, that's fast enough. Not only do I doubt that claim anyway, but you cannot get a flat stomach in 5 days ... it's just impossible. Your abs need time to repair - you don't build muscle while you're exercising, you build it while your muscles are recuperating. I only do abs three times a week more maximum repair. So in short ...

No.

And you would quickly burn out and do NO exercise. You can also injure yourself. Muscles need time to recover. Why is it everyone wants a quick fix. You didn't get overweight/out of shape in a day or week so you can't fix it in that time, either.

If they say once a day, then follow the directions.

The thing about workouts is, "Be steady". You may or may not get faster results, but it is usually more rewarding to the body if you are steady (or improving) at whatever pace you are.

Yes. But not much faster, though your tone will be better. But to keep this new body, you will have to continue to do these exercises everyday....that is the only way you will maintain the new tummy.

you would i think... but it wouldnt be healthy. you would be subdueing your body to harmful things. you will run out of energy. do 2 workouts, one in the morn. and one at night. and do them for 30-60 minutes. that should do it... anymore and you could really put a strain on your body.

Nope, you would be overtraining.
