What can you to exercise inside? Do you have any exercise videos, those can always be fun. :) If not, try doing some push-ups, sit-ups, stretching, and maybe even some jumping jacks. If you can, try running in place for a little while. If possible, put on some music and dance. Just walk around the house and get to work on some projects or chore you need done. There is never something you can't do.

Put on your favorite dance music, and dance around the house during the whole CD. This is the best workout you can get, 'cause it's considered aerobic and is good for the heart as well as your whole body. Do this every day, and it will keep you in good shape, especially if you really get into the music as energetically as possible. Don't wanna dance alone? Grab a stuffed animal, the dog or cat, or even your baby sister, and dance around the house. It's fun and something you'll be more likely to continue doing. And you can never get too carried away. <*)))><

Do the dishes, sweep, mop, vaccume, some laundry, i am a stay at home mom of 3, i don't get to exercise, they are sleeping now, but thats how i get all of mine, that and chasing after 1, 3, and 5 year olds
