We do, is your body not made of the elements found in Dirt? Are plants not a product of dirt? God never discribed the process or the time involved, I guess he would let us excercise our minds figuring that out.

You could if you was as smart as God.
God made spirit persons to be with him in heaven. He made the earth and sun and moon and stars. That tells me he is pretty smart. Making a human would be a piece of cake next to the sun.
Spirit creatures are direct creations by God to. Psalms 148:5
They neither eat nor sleep or need a flesh and blood body.
Not that would not be easy to make. By the way they can fly to.

Not dirt, clay big difference. If God says "be" to clay then it could have babies anything is possible for Allah. Not for humans or clay though.

no doubt we could and someday will, but i doubt we will make souls, but who knows perhaps there are souls who want a body but do not have the ___________whatever it takes to get into a body and maybe these will take a man made vessel but I suspect we will not be happy with the results.

I guess you have to filter out the silicon and inorganic elements first, concentrate the carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen and then blow really, really hard.
