Give some to a stray cat first. If it lives, its ok to give to yours.

Garfield is a cartoon character, and therefore not a good basis on what is good and not good for real live cats.

No, I wouldnt feed your cat lasagna, or any table scraps for that matter. It simply isnt good for their digestion. Small amounts of cold cuts such as turkey or ham or even tiny bits of cooked bacon can get given to your cat as a treat, but it shouldnt become a regular thing.

Cheese and sauce are not good things for your cat to eat, and contrary to the old "cat love milk" theory, anything that has milk in it can actually make your cat very sick. Milk bought from a pet store that has been specialy formulated for cats can be given as a treat sometimes.

Hope this helps.

Garfield is a cartoon whom everyone loves. In real life I would not feed your cat lasagna. It could make your cat sick.

I don't recommend giving any cats table scraps. Eating an unbalanced diet will cause them to gain weight which is not good for them. Lasagna in and of itself is bad for cats. The tomato sauce is acidic and can cause loose stools and an upset stomach. The cheeses are not good for them, especially after heating. If you use cottage cheese rather than ricotta cheese, it's really bad for them! The noodles aren't good for them either because they are so high in starch. I would avoid it to be safe.

Garfield can eat anything...

The noodles probably wouldn't bother a real cat, but the cheese and the tomato sauce could give them an upset stomach. You can have him lick a minute amount off of your finger, but I wouldn't give him any more than that. Just a taste.

Cats don't like lasagna. I'll never recommend you to feed your cat with lasagna.

Well, Garfield is a cartoon. And I do give my cat table scraps. Not alot. Just a little bit.

A taste won't hurt your cat at all. I once gave my cat Morris a little bit (not even a small spoonful) and she loved it! She also ate popcorn too. In small bites of course. But of course don't give him large amounts of human food, unless it's turkey, chicken, etc.
