If you had this dreams more than a couple of times than I think your very lucky, not too many people has this gift. Don't get scare, just use it to your advantage and if you see a dream that something bad could happen then don't go, those are warnings that you can stop from happening.
If you keep having them let me know, I will love to hear more about it.

there is such a thing called out of body experiences, actually they are not a true out of body occurance.. what they are are times when the mind is actually looking at yourself as you are doing something and it seems you have been here before..or dejavu.. the mind has the ability to observe objects and situations from different points of view.. and mulity dimensionally.. if you dream of something that becomes engrained in your memory and then any part of what you do, feel, see, or touch the next day can trigger an instant recall and make it appear as though it is the dream come true.. the mind is an amazing machine.. perhaps you could write down every detail of the dream and then go out in the world, then if you recognize the situation as that of the dream.. read your notes and see how many of the details are exact.. if many of them match.. then you need to explore it more deeply.. hey you just might be on to something special.. wouldn't that be neat..

Keep a journal. Mark the date of the dream, the content, what you think the dream means for the future, and, later, the date of whatever you think fulfilled the dream. After fifty or so "visions," see if you can predict the future based on the dreams with a 70% accuracy. If you can't, either your dreams are not precognitive, or you just can't read them. Either way, they're nothing to bother about.
If you can predict events, try out for that million-dollar psychic prize that's been up for grabs for fifty years.

Many times images in dreams are symbolic of something happening in our daily lives. Keep a journal by your bedside and write down everything that was in the dream (in story form as if it was happening now), then look up the different symbols in a dream dictionary and see how their definitions relate to the events going on in your life.

Sometimes we work lifes problems out in our dreams.

There is a possibility, but you have to be sure and learn to separate regular dreams from dreams they warn you. I went through it and still learning. First it was scary, but now I find it as a great tool to be careful, or to protect someone.

More then likely you have heard that something and in your mind kind of know it is going to happen - there is also a thing called Deja Vu you should look into it.

Dreams can mirror experiences you're expecting. And they can also give you insight into the future. There's too little known about our minds to rule out that you are seeing the future.

You can try dreaming about winning lottery numbers and then buying them. If you keep winning, then you're definitely seeing the future. Please contact me too...

Dreams often anticipate our plans, they are a reflection of intention, and not as many seem to think foretelling the future.
