Toothpaste MIGHT work if it has triclosan in it. Otherwise, I doubt it.
Zeno is expensive and works for only certain kinds of pimples...but maybe??? Or you can be ridiculous and go get a cortisone shot at the doctor, ehehe. I imagine only models and actresses do that sort of thing....
Uhm, so wash it gently, put a good salicyclic acid treatment on it twice a day. Messing with it will lengthen its lifespan, unless there's a very visible little "head" of pus. Then you're still playing with fire, but....
And, Queen Helene's Mint Julep mask is GREAT and CHEAP. Put a dab on and it stays overnight, drying up a zit. Good stuff to have on hand for zitty emergencies.
Calamine lotion and a bit of hydrocortisone cream will lessen the redness, and putting on some diaper rash cream (yes...) will TOTALLY dry it out and make it less read. So, diaper rash it up, okiedokie?

Clean your face VERY well with medicated face wash. (Anything with Salicilic Acid or Benzoyle Peroxide.) I reccomend St. Ives Oil/Acne Prone Medicated Apricot Scrub. (It's cheap and works really well.) Next, use medicated face moisturizer. (It moisturizes your skin along with fighting acne.) Finally, apply a dot of acne cream to a zit. This can be found at any drugstore and it dries the zit. If this doesn't work, I don't know what will.

There is a product available at most drugstores called bye bye blemish. It is a lotion that is clear on top(its a see through bottle) and there is a thick pink layer that settles to the bottom. You dip a QTip into the pink part and put a thick layer of it on the pimple. It dries it out really quick(you leave it on over night). If you feel a pimple coming and put the lotion on right away before the pimple breaks through, it will stop it in its tracks-at least it does for me!

i used to have some acne problems when i was in high school an my mom took me to the Clinique counter. Their acne solutions line is great and it did work for me. if its a bad horribly gross zit and you want it gone in a matter of days try the emergency gel lotion. gets rid of them in 2 days. if its not as bad then try the spot healing gel. it heals your skin gets rid of the zit, and doesn't leave any marks behind.

hold ice on it for like three or four minutes.
that will stop the swelling so that it will be the same texture as your skin.
then cover it with base.
i dont wear makeup.
cause if you dont wear it your less likely to get zits in the first place.
that way you wont have to cover them with the problem.
good luck.
