is it outside ??? put up a big tent, and if not, just change your plans, and, enjoy it. It's YOUR day. Congrats. ~~~

1. Invest in some umbrellas and make sure the groomsmen hold them for the bride and bridesmaids.
2. Don't let mother nature ruin the day. My sister got married during a downpour as did my best friend, and I got married on the hottest day of the summer in 1999 (also the day JFK Jr died). You can't control these things. You can only go with the flow.
3. Wear different shoes until you are in the building that you will be married in. It's not very pleasing to stand up for an hour in wet shoes and socks.
4. Everybody else is equipped to handle these things. Your photographer, the caterers, etc....they've all been through this before. Let them worry about their business while you focus on yours.
5. Screw the rain. You're getting married and will be partying afterwards. THAT'S what it's all about!

Umbrellas, on my wedding day we were supposed to have really bad storms with tornadoes but I awoke to a beautiful sunny day. After I had my hair done I got back to my moms house and as soon as I walked in the door it started pouring, I put my make-up on and it was over with. My husbands parents both passed away a few years ago and i was told that was them giving us their blessings. Rain is supposed to be good luck on your wedding day so don't be too upset I hope it doesn't rain but if it does it will still be a beautiful day.

If its indoors... Have some people posted outside waiting for the guest dressed in rain gear with umbrellas to help people get from their cars to the building.( Golf Umbrellas fit two people)
If Its a Outdoor wedding You'll have to find some place close to relocate on short notice and post several weather proofed signs at the original location telling where you have relocated. Just to spread it around more...have someone call everybody that is suppose to be coming to or be in the wedding and hopefully it will get spread around to all. (Have all that are called to pass the info around too just in case your caller misses someone or doesn't have someones phone #)

rain on your wedding day is supposed to be a sign of good luck. Hopefully the rain stops long enough during your wedding ceremony until you get to your reception. If not lots of umbrellas. Good luck!

Well, where is the wedding, city and state. Then Google a weather site and find out what the weather is to be where you are.
Then if it is going to rain, borrow every umbrella you possibly can.
Best Wishes.

Before my wedding, a lady in my church reminded me that if everything went perfectly, I would have no memories to look back on and laugh about. (and we all have those!)
As hard as it may be, just be glad that at the end of the day you will be married and that's what really matters. (even if someone gets mud on the cuffs of their pants!) Good luck and God bless :-)

If this is an outdoor event I hope you have a backup plan.
If this is an indoor event don't fret! Have fun with it. Hand out cute hand towels at the door to your guests and laugh it off.
Some say rain is good luck.
I hope everything works out well for your big day :)
