That depends,If I thought it was done intentionally, then I 'd voice my displeasure accordingly before the conversation was finished, and leave the room .However, if I felt that it was unintentional (An accident) I'd probably make a joking remark, and move as far away as possible until the crop dusting settled, expect an appology, and get on with the business at hand.If the appology was not forthwith coming then I guess I would have to call that person ignorant (To his/her face) and get on with the business at hand.

Just leave the office and ask the coworker to stay there and that you will be back as soon as the environments settle down, hopefully soon.

If it is such a problem to you then you are embarresed by the natural occurances in you body....yes it would of been polite to say excuse me.....but the chances are they are just as embarresed as you are about the whole thing.
Get over it passing gas is natural not offensive

Well it is proper to say excuse me. If he/she ignores it, then unless it really stinks why make a point to say anything about it, just think of it like this"OK you owe me one good fart to pass unnoticed"

Depends if the coworker is important or not.
If he is, then obviously, shut up.
If he's not or if he's a friend, I'd laugh.
