in State of MS a DUI goes off the record in 5 years. To be charged with a DUI 2 you must have been represented by an attorney or signed a waiver not to have one..or they can not use that against you for the 2nd one.....btw a DUI 3 could possibly land you in the state prison....so if you keep that drinking and driving up come on down here, we'll see you are off the roads

You may have made it a bit more difficult for them to link up your NJ case with your PA case, but you have made it a lot harder for yourself when they do link them up (which they will, eventually). You were asked when you applied for your PA license whether you had a license in another state. If you got a PA license without having your NJ license cancelled, it can only be because you lied on this portion of the application, committing perjury as well as DUI.
Be sure to tell your lawyer about this, and maybe he can fix it without too much additional custodial time for you.

I truly have run a quote by way of our agencies to confirm what it would be for an 20 twelve months old lady living in San Diego County with one DUI 2 years in the past the quote grow to be for a nonowners coverage meaning which you would be coated on any automobile that grow to be no longer registered on your call, registered interior the comparable kinfolk, or presented on your usual use, or used in the time of the path of employment. those are all assumptions that I truly have made and the only reason I did this grow to be so as which you will get an thought of what it would be to have an SR 22 submitting. The down cost may well be $179 and month-to-month installments may well be $sixty 3. those fees might substitute in simple terms somewhat reckoning on the ZIP code which you reside in, in case you're a male or lady, your marital status, or in case you may decide directly to characteristic a vehicle on your coverage. i'm hoping this solutions your question.

Idon't think it will go against your insurance after 3 years and if you got busted again it would be like a first offense because it has been so long. It will still show up on a criminal background check though. So it stays on your permanent record.

Yes, they will find out when they run a criminal background check on you. They know it's the same person because of name and DOB.
Why don't you just quit drinking and driving? You're lucky that you're only being charged with a second offense, and not vehicular homicide.

you are sooooooooooo foolish. It may not show up on your license because you live in another state but it will show up on your file when they run you SSN # Every State varies in the way they read their laws. I guess you had better get yourself an attorney that will be foolish enough to help you get a free ride. Hopefully you will be order to spend your time in the dry up tank.

Yes they will find it since the US now had a system that all states are linked it maybe very slow at times but they will most likely find it.
And you asked how will they know it is me well i would think they took note of your SS number both times plus finger prints

Bummer for you - they will find it.
And on a side note - move your *** back to NJ if you want to continue your drunk driving. I live in PA and would prefer that you keep your potentially murdering drunk butt off the roadways me and my family drive on.
