Myself. I learned that you can't have everything you desire; to do so is to be successful, which I never will be.
I taught myself through observing people that "evil" is just a word used as the shortened version of "disagreeable behavior."
I taught myself that there can't be a possible way to know everything, but there are people everywhere who think they know it all AND try to spread their "knowledge" to others who know more than they do. It creates chaos.
I taught myself through listening that, regardless of how much people hate for it to be done to them, people talk about their friends behind their backs. Hypocrisy at it's finest.
I taught myself to be anti-political. I would rather know that I have my head out of my a** before I go and vote for someone who tells people not to break the laws that they put out and break anyways.

I'm say to say that there hasn't been any great teacher in my life. I have a four-year college degree but I was never more than a name on the roll call list to any teacher in school. I was never very close to my parents or relatives and none of them were capable of being what you could call a great teachers. I suppose good books have been my greatest teachers.

The greatest teacher I ever had had a great influence on me and my life, not just for my education. Yes, she taught me how to multiply and divide, but she also helped me learn about myself and becoming a better person.

A man named Mr. Skipper. He was my high school religion teacher.
He taught me that God isn't anything like people say+think. He taught me that just because science proves something doesn't mean it denies God. Taught me that while there are good stories in the bible it is still a collection of stories told by men so like any other set of man told stories..it isn't all literally true. Taught me to think for myself and follow what seemed right to me as the feeling of "correctness" was probably God telling me it was good.
With his faith he taught me to find my own path and that just because it was different from his didn't mean we weren't headed to the same place.
He is one of the very few real Christians I have ever met with evident true faith.

My mum for sure! How many countless hours did she spend teaching me to talk and walk, teaching me manners, teaching me to respect others, teaching me everything about life basically. You can't beat your parents for that!

My late father who raised his five children after my mother died. He taught me the importance of fulfilling your obligations no matter how tough it can get. His example taught me love and how not to put self first.

Jesus.
And this is the guiding reminder of how we can follow Jesus (here on Earth), and how we can follow him to Heaven, after our stay here on Earth.
Jesus said, "Forgive others; If you do not forgive others, your father in Heaven will not forgive you."
