I'm sorry but could you please define the word "thupper" for me. Can it be found in the bible? If so would you tell us if it's in the old or new testament?

I have no idea - I have gone to concerts at various churches, too, and since I'm Pagan I'm certainly not a "bible thumper".
Most recently I went to hear a wonderful hand-bell group playng at a Methodist church. It was very enjoyable.

Is being a "Bible Thumper" a bad thing? Maybe because you were seen at a church. People jump to conclusions all the time.

Anyone who would call you a Bible thumper just because you went to a concert at a church, must be deathly afraid of everything to do with religion or faith. He or she wants you to keep as far as possible from anything even ressembling faith.
What makes the person so frightened, I wouldn't know.
You would be wise to be your own person, and not to cave in to other people's fears. Especially if they try to intimidate you with that kind of name calling. Because there is obviously something wrong with them.

"Bible Thumper" is a negative expression people use to describe someone who constantly preaches and quotes the bible when others are not interested. If that's not who you are, then you are being unfairly stereotyped. Ignore what they say.

I'm sure the church concert was just the tip of the iceberg.

sorry to say , as with any religion you get stereo typed, christians are bible thumpers, pagans are satan worshipers,so on and so forth. Now I know I don't worship satan as I don't even belivie in him.
I also know that not all christians are thumpers. But you know how stero typing goes.

Well... christian music is notoriously bad. So, amateur christian music? I don't even want to think about it. And when you're listening to music not because it's good, but just because it has jesus in the lyrics a few times, well... that shows that it must be a fairly large part of your life.
