Which dvd should I buy?

LG Upconvert DVD Player for $69.99

or

PHILIPS Progressive Scan DVD Player for $39.99

I'd be willing to pay the extra $30 if it's worth it.

I'd go with Phillips because it seems to be a better deal and I think they are a better brand.
