Mine goes from a rest rate of around 60 beats per minute to around 150 beats per minute then as I cool down it gradually goes down again

You will never forget this answer - Just follow your nose, if you breathe faster, your pulse is going faster as well. On the other hand, if your breathing slows down your pulse also slows down.

So, when you are exercising, you're breathing faster, and when you are breathing faster, your pulse rate has gone up.

the pulse rate increases depending on your activity..Meaning that if you are used to this kind of excercise your pulse rate will slightly increase.however, if you are not very atheletic it will jump right up.

The pulse rate increases based on the level of activity you are doing. How fast the rate is depends on your age/weight/health/range of activity.

It gets faster, the blood has to pump faster as your body is calling for more oxygen.

it will rise duh to the blood that has to pump through the heart to be able to preform the execrise so if u have high blood pressure then sit ur fat *** back on the couch so u dont kill over thank u have a nice day
