Ignore them because it is obvious they are just hateful, spitful assholes who have nothing better to do than put down other people because they don't like themselves. Sad that people hurt others because they don't like themselves. If this is a "friend" of yours, they are no friend at all, so my suggestion is to dump them and move on. If you are overweight you can always help yourself bu watching your diet and exercising. Then when you are down to a healthy weight and feel better about yourself, that other person won't have no foot to stand on.

The spirit is the only lasting part of our being. Just don't let it affect that, or make your health suffer. Anybody worth anybody's time won't judge and dismiss or love by/because of outward appearance.

If someone calls you fat just say "I might be fat but your ugly and I can diet"!!!

I'd say well. I may be fat but I'm not rude and hurtful because I don't need to make someone feel bad in order to feel good about myself. you don't need to worry about my weight, worry about your manners.
