If you've taken 60 at once, I suggest calling 911 immediately. trimethoprim is excreted primarily through the urine, and an overdose could cause kidney failure.

If you take them at one time your system will most likely shut down. If you take them as prescribed, finishing all 60 tablets in a particular manner, nothing will happen except the bladder infection would (hopefully) be gone.

UTI medications are prescribed, or meant, for a specific dosage or treatment. Use them as directed. If you're not sure how to use them, ask a Doctor or Pharmacist.

ur body and the infection will probably develop a resistance to the drug and when every u get the infection again it wont work at all, no matter how many u take.

its called an overdose and you could possibly harm your UT...i wouldnt suggest it unles that was the actual dosage put on the bottle for you. i dont know if it wouldkill you...maybe. probbably jsut make you really sick and have to ave your stmach puped...yuck

don't take them at once though it doesn;t sound good
