anger on a personal level, can destroy our relationships with the people we value the most, and keeps our mind bound in spirals of misery.
As powerful the negative state of anger is, it lacks any material substance whatsoever. When we look into our own minds & hearts and under
stand this disturbing mental/emotional state better, we will realize angers unrealistic projec
tion and thus will not buy into its story so readily.
We will gradually be able to distance ourselves
from this distructive Painful mental/emotional state Without suppressing, repressing, or
expressing it. We will replace it with much more
Wholesome and Beneficial states of mind, and
in this way, Patience, tolerance, love, and
compassion will grow within us. We also culti
vate a deep sense of who we really are !!

"Working with Anger" By Thubten Chodron is written in a friendly, and most encouraging way
which all people can benefit from, whether for themselves or to help others !!

We all experience anger from time to time. It is best if we find a creative release for our anger than a destructive one. Having anger is one thing, becoming anger is another all together.

Anger CAN be productive; if you let it give you strength to say something about the issue instead of reacting like a mindless robot.

Anger is and of itself is not wrong. It delivers an energy level that few other emotions do.
It is what we do with that energy that determines its 'good or bad' outcome. Sometimes we have to get angry to get rid of a negative influence.

The action of anger is key - do you act out or on it. If you choose to use the power of anger to work to a solution or use the energy to destroy - that is up to you.

Jesus got angry in the Temple when He saw that the money changers and those selling the animals for sacrifice were cheating the people.
There is a time and a place for "Just anger." It motivates us to act.

Studies of angry people shows that it keeps them thin.

But it also gives them ulcers, raises their stress and makes them more prone to heart attacks.

So if you want to get ulcers, have a high stress level and be prone to heart attacks but have a great figure...

"Anybody can become angry, that is easy; but to be angry with the right person, and to the right degree, and at the right time, and for the right purpose, and in the right way, that is not within everybody's power, that is not easy." -- Aristotle
