To answer your question the ones who sing the song that no one can "learn" but the 144,000 that are redeemed of the earth. and the angels that are given "white linen" are the saints that have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal witness - the white linen is symbolic of Salvation! You really do need to read more before asking questions like this

Rev. 19:6-8
Then I heard something like the voice of a great multitude and like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, saying,
"Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns.

[7] "Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready." [8] It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

"She" is the Bride of Christ, not an angel. Remember that these are metaphores.
Angels are neither male nor female, Jesus said:

Mark 12:25
"For when they rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven."

We will not be "married" in Heaven, either! We won't need that!

Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Combined with the Song of Moses.
