I know there are two instances where it is legally required. The first is when the patient reveals that they have harmed someone or are about to. What is the other one?

it's called the hippa law and they can only give information if
they are harming themselves or others...if they sign a paper saying that the therapist can tell your parents or other parties..or if you are doing something illegal or someone is abusing you...

They are also allowed to pass on information about care the minor needs to receive, such as when medication is required to be given.

If the person tells them that they are going to hurt themselves or have already hurt themself, and really it is out of the best interest of the person.

if your going to hurt yourself.thats is all they are supose to tell
if your old enough to ask not to tell anyone.have a happy new
