Evolution is a proven fact but unfortunately the theory concerning its mechanisms provides a straw for the bigotted and misinformed to clutch at. Genetic change within species through time definitely occurs and that is all evolution is defined as.

evolution is not mixing different breeds and getting something else. it is from one thing to another. like if humans cont. to only be with humans that eventually we will become a monkape. or whatever. like the gorrila slowly turned into man. mixing breads is not evolution like a black person and a white person having a mixed child is not consider evolution.
with biology they are just mixing and cross breading and what not. to get other things. and evolution is not occuring. evolutionist even tried to prove it by taking 2 sets of rats that are the same and on one set cutting off the tail of every rat even the ones that were born and even the ones there were pregnent to see if eventually they would loose the tail and the compared the tails after 20 yrs of study and they were still the same size.
evolution would be if the rat did not need there tail then eventually they would loose it. and most the time the rat does not need there tail but yet they still have one. just like they say humans used to have a tail but lost it. man i wish i still had a tail cause i can do a lot more with an extra hand or something similar. cause they say we had a long tail. so they still have not proven evolution.

I am Christian and very religious, just anti-organized religion. I believe evolution to be fact; you can see it everywhere in the world today. In Africa more and more male elephants are not growing tusks, a direct evolutionary response to its environment. My question is why does religion and science have to be combatants? I don't believe everything in the bible is literal truth, but when I study the teachings of Jesus I find universal truths in them and I believe that if you truly follow his teachings, not Paul’s or many of the later Christian revisionists you will be a better human being.

Are we confusing biology with evolution. Evolution as Darwin's theory as the origin of man this is the great complaint.

Right, no more mouse experiments. Couldn't possibly work the same for humans.
Sure, and lets throw out the whole "genetics" thing too. It couldn't possibly mean anything.

Christians who think evolution is wrong should refuse medications made by evolutionary science for themselves. That should thin them out a little.

Well, yes, evolution is the unifying theory of all biology, but you know, biology is all just speculation anyway.
