Math teachers should teach math. Biology teachers teach Biology. Religion teachers teach Religion. Let the poor Science teachers teach science and not Religion as long as when they come to the "We don't know for sure point", they ask the students to share what they have been taught. This would give the students a chance to understand the different ways people approach the subject without making one approach the final answer on an exam.

Well it makes about as much sense as teaching them that all the parts of the universe were floating around in outer pace, just hanging out, and all a sudden KABOOM and there you had it ... a perfectly ordered universe where the planets never collided, where the sun was at a perfect location from the earth so we wouldn't burn OR freeze, where the movement of the planets etc. were so perfectly reliable that scientists rely on them for everything from space travel to time keeping. It makes a lot of sense when you consider a bang is an explosion and an explosion, in turn, is DESTRUCTIVE. Try blowing something up and seeing what you CREATE!
By the way if evolutionists are so secure in their belief in evolution as a fact, why have there been lawsuits against merely including a sentence in science textbooks that states "Evolution is a theory and intelligent design needs to be considered." Isn't science about seeking knowledge? Asking questions? One would think they'd want both evolution and creationism explored so that they can be vindicated..
This about it with an open heart and mind wont you.

Only if History teachers are required to tell children that 6,000 to 10,000 years ago there were no people alive on earth.
And there are no human artifacts existing from before Adam and Eve.

I think you are missing the point.
If we are going to teach our kids anything they shoudl be given all of the information to decide for themselves. That is not happeneing.
Since we cannot physically prove evolution, then why cant we teach both theories and tell the kids they are theories and let them make up their own minds instead of just telling them that we have no idea how life started but we do know that apparently one day a single living cell appeared and we all became from that.

I don't think religion should be taught in public schools at all. If a religious person wants their child to get that kind of teaching then send them to a specific school that has classes for that or something. Its just a lot of rubbish that some parents try to get ID into the public school system.

First of all, I am a Christian and that's close to what I believe. I'm just not sure how that "can" be taught, even as an alternative idea, because of its religious implications. Which should not be taught in public school with out covering all faiths and religions and that's too much.
If parents want their children to be taught that or any other explanation not taught in public schools they can always send them to a privet school or home school.

If you would honestly use your brain, sir, you'd realize that almost nobody is asking for that. What people are asking for is that science teachers should at least be allowed (to say nothing of being required) to bring up and discuss the problems of evolution. It may be that those problems will some day have satisfactory solutions in favor of evolution: but to muzzle the teachers is simply an attempt to stop kids from developing their own minds and think for themselves.

It's better than lying to them...there are no findings that convince me that God did not create man and woman and that those two set about populating the earth; science cannot explain away God...evolution does not explain away God...it stands to reason that some species do develop and evolve to be better suited to their surroundings, but that only shows how smart and how much forethought God had when creating the earth and all of the creatures populating it; go ahead and lie to your kids, but my kids will know the truth; we can hope that your kids look for better answers than that which you give and find the truth as well...

That is not what is being asked for... what is being asked for, by the majority of those asking... is that the schools stop teaching in science classes that god dose not exist and that there is no way he had any thing to do with creation. Stop the deliberat and blatent anti God bias in the schools. and in particular the deliberate anti Christian propoganda...while activly teaching islam.

Yes, for you are then teaching the truth. We ought not let go of science, but science only makes sense given a biblical worldview.
