I do this detox a couple of times a year. I make sure I have nothing important to do for a week so I don t need to eat out or make excuses. So, the first day I fast but drink plenty of water,herbal tea and fruit. The second day just eat fruit, on the third day add wholemeal bread, 4th day add yoghurt and margerine then the 5th day eat a meal of brown rice and chicken. It makes you feel full of energy but the first couple of days u do need some will power. Good luck.
