I hope they didn't hire you as a bartender. Maybe a waitress that will pour the occasional two ingredient drinks. Being a good bartender takes times, and schooling normally. I wouldn't want someone making my drinks that didn't know how. It takes a skill to mix drinks well without measuring and doing all that crap. You got to know a lot of drinks and know what it is when people ask, or tell them you don't have it. But there's a lot of drinks out there that are common and all bars should have, but aren't as simple as a screwdriver. Making a good margarita is tough and all those other fruity drinks. You could probably handle being my bartender though. Beer or whisky/coke. I would say if you are going to err, err on the side of too strong.. nothing like paying $10 for a drink that you can't tell if there is liquor in it or not.
