There is a wonderful product on the market called 'Hooked on Phonics". Get it and find out how to articulate the sounds of this word. I guarantee that with practice, it will become second nature to you!

I usually say No unless it's something I want to do. I will say NO if I am unsure. That gives me time to think. Then if I change to yes, it's better than saying yes up front and changing to no. I can't stand people who can't say no. They are called doormats.

Hello,
The best way to tell someone no is just to plainly say no and mean it without stringing them along cause that's the worst thing you can do.

Good Luck.

It depends... If it's peer pressure think of the conciquences and just flat out say "NO!" If it's say your brother asked for something... think... do you need it more than he does. If you do then say NO... if he needs it despritly say... YES... it's not that hard. GOOD LUCK!!!
