some sects of mormons still believe in it. however most dont anymore. for 2 reasons. one is some say that joseph smith was told to have more then one wife to replenish the true belief and to start the mormon church. and after they had enough people and joseph was older then got told to stop having many wives. another is that they got told by us the outsiders that it was wrong and so they stopped. i have heard both ways and both were by mormons. i for one dont agree period cause they believe they will become a god one day and the Bible preaches that there is only one God and that God does not know of anyother gods and there will be no other gods. if they will become a god then god would not have said there will be no other gods. but a mormon will also say that this is mistranslated. and have to show you from there other books what the truth is. i for one am thankfull that what i do believe i only need to carry one book with me the Bible. King James Version. and can show people what i believe out of that. not 4 other books
