Sounds like it's about time for your dog to get spayed/neutered.
Just push them off and tell them no. Be persistent. They will get the message.
My dog only tried a few times and gave up because I always pushed him away.

By "hugging" your leg, your dog is showing that he is dominant over you. Do not let him do this to you. You push him off your leg, and tell him no. By doing so, you tell him that he is not dominant over you. Take control of him. Show him that you are the boss, and are not to be messed with. He should stop, and you will be dominant over him, the way it should be.

Hugging or humping...? My dog is what a call an ankle bitter she will grab a hold of my leg and then bite my ankle. All you can do is shake them off.

Come on you do not no what he is trying to do .He or she is humping your leg all dogs do it some times they need to be fixed.After a while of telling them not to do that they might stop.

This is a sexual responce from a dog and can happen because of a certain smell, or his hormones are high.
Simply tell your dog "no" and push him away gently. You don't want to incourage this behavior because people normally frown upon it, especally if there's more than just you in the house.

He is doing what is commonly referred to as "humping" your leg. It's usually a sign of dominance. Correct your dog, and do not ever permit him to display this behavior toward yourself or others. Although it's not usually a sexual display, it's still perceived as extremely nasty.

its humping your leg. its displaying its dominance over you. tell it no and make it get off. if it wont stop, pin it to the floor and growl.

my dog does that to pillows. i growl at him to stop so many times that my throat hurts
