I thought he went after those guys to get African Americans to vote for him. That would make him more of a Commie or Socialist wouldn't it (since he was doing it to appeal to a Democrat/Leftist voter block)?

HE REMINDS ME OF THE OLD CARTOON WITH THE TWO VULTURES, ONE SAYING TO THE OTHER, "THE HELL WITH THAT. I WANT TO KILL SOMETHING." THERE IS ALWAYS A DANGER THAT A PROSECUTOR WILL TURN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM INTO THE CRIMINAL PERSECUTION SYSTEM. BEEN THERE. SAW THAT. UP CLOSE. PART OF THE SYSTEM AT ONE TIME. WHEN CONVICTION RATIOS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THEN "JUSTICE" THEN A PROSECUTOR SHOULD MOVE ON. BUT IT PLAYS OUT THAT WAY ALMOST DAILY. WHEN YOU WEAR A BADGE AND YOU CATCH YOURSELF DOING THAT, YOU HAVE TO STOP AND RE-EXAMINE YOURSELF TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THINGS FOR THE RIGHT REASONS. THATS THE DIFF BETWEEN GOOD COP/BAD COP. THIS PROSECUTOR IS HOLDING ON FOR DEAR LIFE AND HAS DELUDED HIMSELF INTO BELIEVING THAT HE HAS A CASE. IT IS OVER AND HE IS THE LAST ONE TO FIGURE IT OUT. HE HAS WITHHELD EVIDENCE (DNA) THAT WOULD HAVE EXONERATED THE ACCUSED, THEN DROPPED THAT CHARGE BECAUSE HE SAYS THE VICTIM COULD NOT REMEMBER IF SHE WAS RAPED. HELLLLLOOOO. ADMIT THE MISTAKE AND GET OVER YOURSELF.

1- Lying

2- Withholding DNA evidence

3- Failing to examine the counter evidence

4- Abuse of power

If these charges are true, he needs to be disbarred.

I am really upset at Nifong. It's bad enough we have people who want to make everything a racial thing much less some guy who is making comments such as his in the media. He should be ashamed and have his license removed.
