Okay... what does it REALLY mean when a guy asks a girl for her number... like does he ever intend to call her.. or whatever.. this may sounds stupid but seriously what does it mean?

He is interested in you! It could mean that he likes you (as in crush) or it could simply mean that he likes you as a friend. Either way we wants to talk to you! =P

Depending on the guy it might mean that he does not intend to call but it is his way of saying he likes you.

A - he was drunk and thought you were beautiful, in the morning he doesn't know where he got the damn number from
B - he was sober, he had nerve but he lost it overnight
C - he really was interested, he called

I NO FROM EXPIRIENCE WHEN A GUY ASKS YOU FOR YOUR NUMBER THAT USUALLY MEAN HE IS INTERESTED IN YOU HE MOST LIKELY WON'T CALL YOU YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE NEXT MOVE

Means he is interested yet not sure if he will call.
maybe he will, maybe he won't.
I don't always expect a guy to call just like they don't expect me to call! =)
