Have you tried Pepto Bismol? It works for indigestion, upset stomach and diarrhea as well as vomiting. Take a tablespoon each time you have a bowel movement if that is the problem until it stops. It actually grabs the virus and takes it out of your system. It's been around for a long time and is a really great medecine. Stop when the diarrhea stops and your stools may look black afterwards and that is normal, so don't worry. Other than that drink gingerale, ginger is good for the stomach, eat nothing with grease or fat. The BRAT diet is Banannas, rice ,applesauce and toast, or try some cool sherbert or jello. Hope you feel better soon.

you can't get "rid" of a stomach virus, or any virus. If it truly is a stomach virus, with bellyache and vomiting, it just has to run it's course. First, go to your doctor, especially If U have a problem with vomiting. Drink ginger ale for nausea, take immodium for diarrhea, and wait it out. again see a doctor if you have had this for more than a week
good luck and all

Go see a doctor. If you HAVE A FEVER and keep throwing up, I think you're sick enough to be seen by a doctor. Who knows if all you have is just a stomach virus. Better be safe than sorry.

Try eating some crackers, like saltine, or some rice and drinking clear fluids. Gingerale is preferred, 7up, or the clear gatorade.
