Seriously... I will eat Chocolate all day long, and weigh 108.6 lbs the next day, but If I eat healthy (under 1500 calories), granola bar, Turkey on wheat, an apple, and a chicken salad with balsamic vinagrette- I weighed 109.8 the next day.... is that weird or what???

The weirdest part is, that this has ALWAYS been like this for me... what gives?

Muscle weights more than fat - I'd be more concerned about how you look, than what you weigh.

Healthy food weighs more than chocolate. I mean, a turkey, although it has less calories, weighs more than a chocolate bar, right? But it's still better to eat the turkey. ^_~

i think a variability of 1-2 pounds from day to day is normal. a change in your diet isn't going to cause any significant weight change until you've been on it for a few weeks at least.

and like someone else mentioned, muscle does weigh more than fat, so don't just look at the scale when it comes to monitoring your progress. think of how clothes fit or how you look in the mirror as well.

it's not that big of a difference and you only weight 108 pounds anyway

what kind of chocalte are you eating - it's very possible all the chocalate you're eating only has a combined 1200 calories.

I was wondering about the same thing... try eating chinese food...and your weight will go up by 2-3lbs overnight...but it'll go away in a few days. I don't know why...

Not sure but perhaps water retention. The healthier foods have more water content and may cause bloat.
