God gave us brains and a penis, but not the blood supply to run both at the same time.

You answered your own question in your question. They are BOYS. You are not dating men you are dating boys. At that age they have no clue what it means to have a relationship. Girls mature faster then boys. Girls usually want a relationship before boys do. Boys only play along because of the sex factor but they are no where near ready to be committed to a girl. So you will either have to accept that fact or wait til your older to get a boyfriend.

I believe it's not an act, but more like a natural instinct. All boys/men do the same thing. Leave it to them it's a guy thing.
Happy New Years!

mmm...i think it depends on the guy...of course they aren't going to completely ignore their friends for u, but they will probably show u attention too...and if their friends are leaving but u r going to be there and then u two can be alone, he will probably know u r going to wait...plus....think about it this way...if u had ur girl friends over and ur boyfriend...would u just completely ignore ur friends??? and if u knew ur boyfriend was gonna stay around after ur friends left, would it matter?
he should of course kiss u a little and hug u a little etc when they r around...but he is allowed to have friends.
xao:)

Because boys are that way, like girls are all giggly and stupid any time an older man comes around.
You need to wait until you are old enough to date a man on the meantime, have fun annoying and being annoyed by boys

Healthy guys will always have a foolish part to them. It is part of our male relationships and bonding. It is a playful creative mode. My recommendation is do not take it seriously or personal.

Sounds like the person you're describing is afraid to appear too affectionate toward you in front of his male friends for fear of being made fun of by them later on.

I know the feeling, it's happened to me before. They feel the need to be a 'man' around their friends, like they don't care about you. then their friends leave and they transform. Guys suck...

The boys u dated must have been idiots. Maybe they think ur not hot and are ashamed. Maybe they just don't want to actually show emotion, to their friends.
