dating a friend can either turn into the best relationship you have ever had but can also destroying a friendship if it doesn't work out i would be careful before jumping into it.

Only if the other person doesn't feel the same way. If you're friends with someone of the opposite gender and you two hang out alone, technically...you're dating anyway. What the question here is: Are they romantically interested in me? Your friends really are your best bets for romantic relationships because they already know you; they know what makes you laugh, what makes you cry, how to cheer you up. They already know the worst parts about you and still hang out with you any way. Just ask them "Do you think we might ever be anything more than just friends?" If they respond positively, then follow up with a "What's stopping us now?" If they respond negatively, don't get upset because you still have your friend.

It could be worth it. But as in all relationships its 50/50. Either it works or it doesnt. The difference here is if it doesnt, the friendship, if it still exists, will never be the same.

If you started out really good friends and the relationship didn't work out...as long as it was a mutual break up and nobody was too hurt...the friendship could probably be saved. Who knows...it might end up being the person you marry!!

It all depends on the kind of people ya'll are and if you would be willing to maintain the friendship even if something were to happen. I suggest first talking to the person you wish to date and see how they feel about the situation tell the person how you feel as well. Wish you the best!! :)

I think it definitely could, but what if it worked out. I like to describe my woman as my best friend that is wicked sexy and I love to... you know. Think about it for awhile. If you think in may work than give it a try. Every choice has consequences you have to decide how much you are willing to risk.

Depending on how strong your friendship is. And how strong you both are, as people.
But staying friends when u know u want more, could also damage the friendship.

Yes, but the greatest marriages start of after being friends for awhile.

No. Plain and simple, hold onto a friendship. It's hard to find a true friend.
