like what are some exercises i can do to get rid of them?

Diet and exercise.

Abdominal exercises only work the muscles. If there is fat on top of the muscles , then you will never see the muscle. I see people way too often at the gym doing hundreds of abdominal exercises when they should be doing cardio instead.

I have heard that winsor pilates really helps with toning that area. Also crunches and reverse crunches should also be effective in reducing lovehandles. ( Along with some cardio, i.e. walking, jogging)

Eat sensibly sit ups as others have stated and jogging is great for toning up just don't over do it.

push ups and lets see sit ups and anything to do with midsection exercises ;) and lots of good eating and working out and walking..helps
