The only proven way of slowing down the aging process is calorie restriction. It's been shown repeatedly that mice on a calorie restricted diet lived considerably longer than those on a normal diet.

Sleep, nutrition, 40 minutes cardiovascular aerobic exercise daily, reduced UV exposure, moderation with alcohol + other habits, throw away the cigarrettes.
I'm 35 and still getting proofed for alcohol + tobacco.
Take that fiber that old people have to take if they want to stay on their feet another year. Everyone is supposed to eat as much fiber as a gorilla and nobody does. "Konsyl" is the best brand, but take that stuff to reduce gas and don't eat peanut butter before you take fiber. If you think you ever farted before...

keep your mind active and if you are in good health enjoy every day to the fullest, external aging signs can be helped with exercise. Age is in the mind of the beholder.

use sunscreen (get the kind that is made for the face it isn't greasy) every day-don't suntan, if you do don't suntan your face. Also microdermabrasian works and put some good moisturizer on (one that has a lot of vitamins).

Get exercise/stay active.
Have a positive attitude.
Drink lots of water.
